    Most habits take 10–15 minutes total. You’ll track your food, steps, hydration, and protein, plus check your daily score. Everything is designed to fit into a busy schedule.

  • Do I need to be in shape to start?

    No. Project: Fit AF is built for beginners through advanced. The daily habits are scalable, and your dietitian will tailor your targets to your experience level.

  • Are the dietitian check-ins actually included?

    Yes. You’ll get weekly 15 minute 1:1 check-ins with a dietitian. These sessions help refine your macros, troubleshoot challenges, and keep you consistent.

  • Do I need to buy Fit AF meals to participate?

    Nope. Fit AF meals can support your habits, but they’re not required. You can use your own food and still complete the challenge.

  • What if I fall behind or miss a day?

    This isn’t about perfection — it’s about consistency. A missed day won’t disqualify you. Your accountability score keeps you motivated, and your dietitian will help you get right back on track.
